FAQs and general info

What class should I take if I’m brand new to pole?

Best to start with any NEW FACES classes.

How many Intro classes should I take before moving on?

You can move up as soon as you feel you are ready and comfortable with basic pole dance moves and tricks.

Do I need to take Intro to Pole at your studio if I have prior pole experience?

No, come as you are and take any class your level!

Can I just show up or should I book in advance?

Since most of our classes book up fast, we recommend booking your class online in advance. Although we'll do our best, there are no guarantees for walk-ins.

Can I cancel a class?

Of course! Cancel 24 hours before. Late cancellation fee $5.00

How early should I show up to class?

If it’s your first time at our studio, we recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the start of your class.

Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before the start of your class. We have limited space and want to allow for maximum social distancing.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the class. Please see our Studio Policies page for more info.

What else should I know before coming to class?

You should not apply any lotions or oils on the day of a pole dance class. Sweating will release the lotion or oils back to the skin surface, and you will be unable to grip the pole safely.

Please leave your jewelry at home. It can cause damage to our apparatuses, and you will be held responsible.
