SHIPPING POLICY

International customers are responsible to pay for any additional charges that might be imposed by the destination country that may include but are not limited to: duties, fees, taxes, import fees. Please note, we are not able to calculate these costs as they vary for each country. Please contact your local customs agency to learn about possible international duties and taxes. Customer is not qualified for a refund if fails to pick up the parcel and/or pay duties, fees, taxes and package is not delivered back to The Natural Faces.

DOM Dancing Space is not responsible if the customer provides an incomplete or wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. DOM Dancing Space is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after confirmed delivery.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted (such as a shipping address) or cancelled. Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays. Please allow 3-5 business to fulfill your order.

We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy from the time you receive your goods. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with the receipt or proof of purchase. Item must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), odor and fragrance, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” 

All items purchased during a sale period are final sale. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. If a final sale item is sent back in an attempt for a refund, the items will be sent back to the customer. We do not offer price adjustments. All refunds will not include the shipping cost.
To start a return, please contact domdancingspace@gmail.com for further assistance. If your return is accepted, you are required to send back to the purchased item(s) to the address that will be shared via email in the condition we’ve listed above. Once the returned product arrives back to DOM Dancing Space, it will go under further inspection to review the productions condition and whether it is eligible for a full refund.

Damages and delivery issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Inquiries on lost packages during transit to be submitted 30-60 days after shipping date on domestic orders, 40-70 days on international orders for us to file claims with the postal service and the insurance for refunds. Any inquiries submitted after specified time frames will not qualify for an insurance claim and can not be refunded. DOM Dancing Space is NOT responsible for mis-delivered packages by the postal carrier or for packages stolen after the delivery confirmation. If the package was confirmed "Delivered" by the postal carrier but you have not received it, contact the postal carrier customer service right away to inquire about the status of the package and/or open a missing package claim. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as the embroidered pillowcases), and personal care goods (such as the face masks, skincare, face tape items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We currently offer exchanges on item(s) for a different size. We are unable to provide exchanges for a different color or style.

Refunds:
Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.
